Fail.... Well now that we are well into the 5th month of the year I am going to round out 2012 before we begin posts for 2013. New Years Resolution.... KEEP OUR BLOG UPDATED! Here goes nothing...

Last summer we had some great trips to the lake. Quinn did pretty well on her first trip out but did not enjoy her life jacket at all! The lake is becoming one of Edison's favorite summer past times, just like his daddy. It won't be too long until he is up on skis! (Right Grammy?!)

Hanging Out with Papa

Fourth of July this year was a blast. We hung out with great friends, had a barbeque in the front yard and enjoyed fireworks close to home.  

This past August we also sent baby Shelli off to college. The whole family was able to make it up and help her move into her new dorm room. We had a great weekend spending time with family and enjoying the weather.

This Halloween we enjoyed spending time with the Shanahan's and celebrating the babies first Halloween. This year Edison was Super Edison and Quinn was a little bear. :)

We were lucky enough to go on a cabin trip with some great friends to Forest Lakes. Edison had a blast playing with his new friend Glen. It was exciting to see snow too! Edison woke up the morning it had snowed all night and says "We are at the North Pole! Where is Santa??" He had a lot of fun sledding and playing in the snow.

In November we were part of a golf tournement for my dad hosted by his friend, Ray Rawlins. The theme was No One Fights Alone. It was an amazing event full of fun, laughter, and support. Our family is truly blessed!

Christmas is always a magical time. Since having Edison it has brought such a new meaning to the season. He truly loves everything about Christmas. We had our Elf on the Shelf join us again this year which Edison was really into this year. Our elf Happy got into all kinds of trouble this Christmas and even ended up with a cold. It is so fun to make Christmas memories with these two!

To round out our year Quinn was baptized at St. Benedicts Church. This is where Edison was baptized and we were married. Father Gary has been a big part of our lives! Quinn did great, she didn't even cry. We were so lucky to be surrounded by friends and family on her big day.

 

Well that about rounds out 2012.So far 2013 has given us some ups and downs but has been a pretty good year. Stay tuned for further Campbell family updates!
